We love French wine region the Jura at Wine Club. Housed in the east of France near the Swiss border, Jura is famous for producing natural styles of wines. This from Vins Rijckaert is made from Savagnin, a classic Jura grape, and contains the characteristic nutty savouriness. The 2022 vintage was very warm, and that is reflected in this wine, which is already super open and approachable, with a lovely rich drinkability. A great entry to the wines of the Jura!

Pairing: goes great with dense fishes, could try a fish curry.
