The classic white wine from sensational Spanish natural wine producers Bodega Forlong. Made from 100% Palomino, this is the quintessential unfortified white from the sherry region of Spain. The grapes sit on skins in stainless steel tanks for 3 days before spontaneous fermentation, which takes 20 days. The wine is aromatic with tropical notes, beautifully mineral on the palate with a touch of salt.
