From Spanish natural wine producer Bodega Forlong comes this remarkable alternative to sherry. Made from 100% Palomino grapes aged under flor for 48 months, this is sherry in everything but name, primarily because it's unfortified. After harvest, the grapes are left to dry in the sun, condensing sugars and flavours. Aged in Jerez-style casks, this is full of pastry, almond and glazed-fruit, and is totally dry. For sherry lovers, this is a sensational unfortified alternative. A very special wine.
