Nutbourne Vintage Brut 2018 12%

The classic sparkling wine from established producers Nutbourne, based in West Sussex. This is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels before it is aged for 36 months on lees and then hand disgorged. Still plenty fresh, this has a nice richness to it as well.

Pairing: try it with fish and chips for an indulgent treat.
