Truffle Hound Barbera/Nebbiolo, Unico Zelo, 2021, 13%

Another corker from Unico Zelo, low intervention masters from the Adelaide Hills. They have a lot of success with Italian varieties and this is no exception. An approachable expression of these big grapes (it also has Sangiovese and Merlot alongside the Barbera and Neb), this has lovely aromatics, herbal savouriness and amaro-like refreshment.
