Forlong Amigo Imaginario 2021 12.5%

From superb Spanish natural wine producer Bodega Forlong comes this incredibly unique and delicious orange wine. Made from 100% Palomino fermented on its own skins for 15 days in terracotta, this is then transferred to Oloroso sherry casks where it stays for 24 months, undergoing malolactic fermentation. Amber colour with golden highlights, the wine has tropical fruit accented by nutty notes from the sherry casks. Classy on the palate with a noticeable saline taste.
