Galeone Orange Wine, 9.5%, 2021

A lower alcohol take on an orange wine, from Molise on the east coast of Italy. 100 % Trebbiano Toscano, half of the grapes undergo carbonic maceration (more info on that here). for 10 days, while the other half undergo skin contact (what makes an orange wine) for 4 days. That's a super unique process that adds up to a unique wine, really fresh and drinkable, citrusy and mouth-watering. Only 1,900 bottles made.
