A Pinot Noir from the north of Italy (or Pinot Nero as they call it locally), not something you try every day. This has got depth to it, with the 13% alcohol giving it good body. Lots of red fruit on the nose, a touch of umami, and a lovely fresh finish.
Pairing: we love pinot with burgers, the freshness cuts through the meat so well.
