Not your typical rosé - this is a super interesting take on the style from Bordeaux. Dark red in colour but not at all sweet, the flavours remind me of Christmas - spicy and dried fruity. Divides the crowd but as not a big rosé fan, I love it!
Pairing: Christmas stuff, I think it would go well with stuffing.
