Pastafarian Nebbiolo, Unico Zelo 2021 14%

We love Unico Zelo - low intervention winemakers in the Adelaide Hills with respect for classic styles. They grow a lot of Italian varieties, which seem to work great in this particular region of Australia, and this is Nebbiolo (the grape in Barolo) blended with Sangiovese, Merlot and Nero D'avola. This is fun and approachable, designed to go with pasta. Great wine.

Pairing: all kinds of pasta, tomato-based works well.
