Roncaglia Colli Pesaresi, Fattoria Mancini, 2021

From the Colli Pesaresi DOC Roncaglia appellation, this is a fascinating blend of white (Albanella 70%) and red grapes (Pinot Noir 30%), as is required by the regional rules. Bags of complexity on the nose with four months on the lees for added texture. 

Pairing: An interesting one to pair due to its unique character, maybe lighter meats or charcuterie.
