Tropicalia orange wine 2020, 12.5%

A wine that very much does what it says on the tin. Bags of ripe tropical fruit, with a refreshing freshness and pleasingly searing acidity. A blend of four very unusual grapes (Airen Del Pais / Cojón de Gato / Ojo de liebre / Verdejo Serrana), the wine is left on its skins for 4 weeks in a mixture of cement and stainless steel tanks (the process that creates the 'orange' wine). 

Pairing: good with light meats and BBQs.
