Another beauty from Unico Zelo, CP Wine Club faves from the Adelaide Hills. This is a fascinatingly odd blendL Pinot Gris, Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay. Don't see that every day! Plenty of racy red berries and blue fruit, with an elevated acidity for the flexibility of chilling, with just a hint of chewy, green tannin. So fresh it feels like fermentation finished yesterday.
