True Blue, Unico Zelo, 2021, 13.5%

A red blend from Wine Club faves Unico Zelo, based out of Adelaide Hills, Australia. Grenache, Touriga, Nero D'Avola, Syrah, and Multepulciano - what a mix! Guaranteed complexity and intrigue, yet still totally drinkable, a go-to red for us. Great balance, ripe black fruit and black olive tapenade, with a lively finish. 

Pairing: works great with all kind of pizzas, maybe try vegetarian!
